Our support plans are designed to help increase your knowledge about the products we support and write. Our consultants are committed to providing you with the best and quickest support possible. We have hourly and retainer-based agreements.
We have a standard hourly rate of $175 with a 15-minute minimum. We offer plans to purchase hours at discounted rates. You can buy hours in 5, 10, or 20 size packs. When we work on large projects, we quote the entire effort using value-based pricing.
Remote Support:
Using GotoAssist or other remote access software, you give us access to your computer safely and securely. This enables us to provide efficient and timely support exactly when you need it.
Retainer Agreement:
Manage a large salesforce? Have no local IT support? We offer 5/10/20 hour retainer agreements. The hours never expire and can be used for any support or training you require.
